The publication 'about a square – ten years of site-specific exhibitions at zqm' offers a review of the activity of the Berlin project space twenty square meters (zqm) over a period of more than ten years. moreIt has the characteristics of a catalogue and yet is to be understood entirely as an artists' book – as an independent work. It is an invitation from Eric Emery, founder and artistic director of the project space, to the graphic artist Julie Joliat. She receives a Carte blanche to develop a new, vibrant graphic work from the photographic documentation of the numerous exhibitions.
