The fourth issue of Translator takes readers into the world as it is read and written beyond the Anglosphere: from a Finnish cannabis farm to the highlands of Yemen, from the inside of a taxicab in Sicily to the clinics in Thailand where Chinese trans women are seeking life-changing, gender-affirming surgery. All illustrated by artists from around the world.

Plus: Cléa Tassadite Rekhou's photo essay about desertification the Algerian steppe, Beatrice Barr's multilingual crossword, and reviews of a more-than-human anime, Iran's classic feminist novel and a film about Iceland's melting glaciers.
