This book introduces the eight years of food experience design work that designer Kang Eun-kyung created in the field called food experience design in 2016.

The book focuses on ‘thoughts’ about food, experience, and design, and introduces short food experience design essays and ‘work’ examples of how the ideas were applied and implemented in the actual field. We discuss approaches and methods to look at various phenomena and relationships surrounding food and experiences from a designer's perspective.
